Shipping Warranty and Returns

Stock status is reflected in near real time on the relevant product page. We do not take orders for items we do not have in stock. If something is out of stock, we'll be happy to give you an expected ETA and email you when it arrives. Just contact us @ help@threeridgesgear.com

We do not currently ship to locations outside the US and Canada. Your local or regional Luxe Outdoors distributor can provide better service and faster shipping.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.  It's not a "no questions asked" policy because we really do want to know why it did not meet your needs. "My spouse saw the credit card bill" is a valid reason for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition.  All components must be included and we ask that you clean and dry any returned gear before you send it back.  Please use the original packaging and do not write on the packaging. You will need to enclose a copy of your order.  Please note that we do not require the item to be new and unused - we just ask that it be clean and dry.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@threeridgesgear.com .

Returns other than manufacturer defect or our error will be at your expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the return is received, allow us up to 5 business days to process the return.  Your credit card may take a few more days
to post the refund.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We'll happily replace or repair any defective product for up to a year. Email us at help@threeridgesgear.com with a description of the issue and we'll proceed from there. We will usually want pictures of the damage.

We are able to do some repairs. We'll need pictures of the damaged area to see if a repair is possible. Be aware that we won't be able to match the fabric should a panel replacement be needed. Minor seam separations, tieouts, etc can be easily fixed.

FYI for mid panel tears...Tenacious Tape works wonders.

Turnaround on a repair is 2-3 weeks after we receive the damaged component. Please contact us first before sending anything back.

We are the authorized US distributor for Luxe Outdoors as of Feb 2023. You can visit their website at luxeoutdoor.com for a list of their worldwide distributors.

Use and Care

Air flow and campsite selection are the best ways to avoid condensation. To increase airflow - pitch the tent higher than usual, open the doors, prop the vent open or unzip the door from the top. If your tent has a snow skirt, tie up the skirt to allow air flow underneath. Camp away from water and on bare ground or forest duff (instead of grass). Camp under tree cover instead of in the open. Avoid cooking in the tent without the doors open. And finally - add a stove. Warm air holds more moisture - a wood stove will significantly reduce condensation while it's running.

Dry. Store your tent dry in a airconditioned space. Most of our tents have a polyurethane coating that will break down over time if stored wet.

Ideally you'll hang your tent in a conditioned space or folded loosely in a tote. You can store it stuffed or rolled in it's stuff sack.

The walls of a summer inner are mostly constructed of mesh to allow air flow. The walls of a winter inner are constructed of a solid breathable fabric to block drafts.

A double wall tent has a liner. A single wall tent does not. There's no difference in condensation between a double wall tent and a single wall tent. The liner helps keep you from brushing against the outer wall of the tent and thus getting wet from the condensation.
